Contacting the Technology Department - Faculty

-Faculty Walk-ins are not permitted. -All requests should be directed to ext. 2957 or helpdesk@epps.org. **Please do not contact any technicians directly asking for assistance.** -The help desk is used as a preliminary step to assess the request. -The staff member may need input a work-order after talking to the help desk. -For urgent requests, Principals or their Secretaries are to contact Angel directly on his cell phone. -Requests to helpdesk@epps.org and/or the Work Order System will be acknowledged between 24 - 72 hours.
